Velkommen til min blogg på Titan.uio.no. Jeg er dekan ved Det matematisk-naturvitenskapelige fakultet og professor i galenisk farmasi. Jeg har tidligere erfaring som studiedekan og forskningsdekan ved fakultetet.

Jeg er opptatt av politikk og rammebetingelser rundt forskning og utdanning, inkludert likestilling og kjønnsbalanse i akademia, karriereutvikling og samarbeid med arbeidslivet. Welcome to my blog at Titan.uio.no. I am Dean at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences and a Professor in pharmaceutics. I have previous experience as Dean of Studies and Dean of Research at the Faculty.
This blog will focus on research, higher education and innovation. I will also be writing about policy and framework around research and education, including gender equality and gender balance in academia, career development and collaborations with the industry.
